ANA Holiday Inn Resort Karuizawa is a tranquil paradise located at the foot of Mount Asama.

Front staff

Job Description: The main duties include serving guests, guiding them around the accommodation, answering the phone, and settling accounts.
Wages and allowances: 180,000 to 250,000 yen (determined by experience and ability)
Bonus: Twice a year (June / December)
Salary increase: Once a year (determined based on the previous year's evaluation)
Days off and leave: 120 days per year
Annual paid leave (10 days in the first year, granted after a 3-month trial period)

Job Description: The main job is to serve customers who come to play golf, manage reservations, and provide guidance.
